No. The questionnaire recalls what the client submitted previously and pre-fills earlier answers, making it even quicker the following year.
Once the questionnaire is completed, it automatically generates a checklist of required documents based on their answers. Clients can either upload documents electronically, provide them in the traditional manner, or use a combination of both.
Yes. Each questionnaire includes your own Terms of Compilation Engagement, which are fully customisable. You can incorporate IRD authority and any other firm-specific requirements.
Absolutely. Clients can sign electronically, with secure tracking that includes user ID, time and date, IP address, and browser details. These details are stored securely in both the system and the signed PDF.
It’s simple. Just select the tax year, balance month, and questionnaire type (Annual, GST, or Interim), and the system will show a list of eligible clients. Tick the ones you want to include and click send — done.
Up to three staff members (Principal, Manager, Clerk) can be notified when a client completes their session. You can also check live status updates in the system at any time to see which questionnaires are completed, in progress, or still pending.
